Know Before You Go

Note that we have carefully designated specific pick-up and drop-off points for your convenience. During the booking process, it is essential that you provide your preferred pick-up location. Should your desired location fall outside the designated area, you may incur additional charges or be directed to the nearest pick-up and drop-off point. Supplement charge of 500aed + 5% vat applies on private cards during peak season from Dec 20 to Jan 10. The child rate is applicable for children aged 3 to 11 years old. All bookings are considered final, with no refunds or cancellations permitted. In case of an emergency necessitating rescheduling, availability will be taken into consideration and is subject to approval. During the Holy Month of Ramadan.
